Reserve a Court Date

If you wish to appear in front of a judicial officer either in person or remotely, you must reserve a date.

You can reserve a court date by visiting the My Court Portal (CUP) online or by calling (657) 622-8459. Please have your case number or OC Pay number ready to help us assist you more quickly.

Reservations to appear before a judicial officer are generally scheduled to allow you to enter a plea as to the charges against you, the citing officer will not be present. For information on contesting your citation, please refer to www.occourts.org.
