Probate - Completing Your Order for Probate, Letters, and Duties & Liabilities
After the Court grants your Petition for Probate at your hearing, you must complete an Order for Probate for the judge to sign. You must also complete Letters and Duties & Liabilities forms, including the Confidential Screening form for your Letters to "issue" so that you may have the authority to take the necessary actions to administer the estate.
