Program Resource List

Program Resource List Info

The Orange County Superior Court utilizes Program Resource Lists (PRL) to provide Court users with contact information on self-identified providers of programs, classes, and services (hereinafter referred to as “programs”). The creation, maintenance and distribution of Court-generated lists for specific areas are as determined and deemed necessary by the court. The programs are not affiliated with, under contract to, or operated by the Court and the Court does not endorse, evaluate, supervise or monitor the listed programs.

Programs operated by the Court or the Judicial Council, or for which the California Rules of Court or other statutes specify a process for identifying, selecting, or approving service providers are not applicable to these lists.

Inclusion on a Program Resource List

Program providers must fully read and understand the Program Resource List (PRL) Policy.

Program providers requesting inclusion on a PRL must submit a completed and signed Program Resource List Provider Declaration (L-3049), along with a one-page program summary, affirming compliance with applicable licensing, insurance, certification, and legal requirements. Requests are reviewed at the Court’s discretion and may be considered on a quarterly basis. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

All requests and supporting documentation must be submitted via email to OCProgramResource@occourts.org. For questions, the point of contact is the Executive Assistant at (657) 622-7002.

Active Status and Removal

To remain on a PRL, providers must annually confirm their information by submitting the Program Resource List Provider Declaration for Confirmation of Information (L-3050). Providers who do not respond within the designated time frame, or who cannot be contacted, may be removed from the PRL. Removal may occur without cause, notice, or explanation, as determined by the Court.
