A webform is an interactive form used to receive information from the user. It allows the builder to customize the the form, collect the resulting data, and distribute the information as necessary.
Some examples of webforms are the Contact Us forms and the Feedback forms you see around this site.
Since the webforms are used to receive information from the user, the creator has a wide variety of customizable options over how they want to build the form. For example, they can make the field a requirement as well as include a captcha at the end of the form to verify the user is human.
All fields with a red asterisk indicate that the field is required.
You can save any time while you're working on the webform component and see the "Save" button.
