Court to Launch Significant Hardware Upgrade in May.

The Orange County Superior Court, Technology Department, will be performing a significant hardware upgrade Friday, May 17, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and continuing through Sunday, May 19, 2024.  During this time, network and online services will be down and unavailable.  Network and online services will be available again beginning on Sunday, May 19, 2024, after 8:00 p.m.

Step 3 - Case has been filed with the court and Steps 1 and 2 have been completed.

At Step 2, I chose:
My spouse has not filed any papers and I served my papers more than 30 days ago.
We have a written agreement that settles everything. There is no written agreement.
At Step 2, I chose:
We have both filed papers in the case.
We have a written agreement that settles everything. We do not have a written agreement.

Complete the forms that you received and file them with the court. If you have a written agreement you will not need a court hearing to complete your divorce or legal separation, you can submit your final papers to the clerks office.
