Election-Related Emergencies:

The court and clerk’s office are open on Election Day during normal court hours between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Persons needing urgent after-hours election-related relief should first contact the Voters Hotline for their county’s Registrar of Voters. Contact information for
each county’s Registrar of Voters can be found here:  County Elections Offices: California Secretary of State

Full Implementation of Electronic Payment of Jury Fees in all Unlimited Civil Departments Effective October 25, 2024

On August 30, 2024, Orange County Superior Court piloted a new process for Civil cases at the West and North Justice Centers, where jury fees can be paid using the court’s mobile application or on-line via the Court’s website. Based on the success of that implementation, the court will now expand this program to all Civil courtrooms in all Unlimited Civil departments beginning October 25, 2024.
