Important Messages from the Jury Commissioner

Jury Scams

Employees of the Orange County Superior Court and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department will never ask past or prospective jurors for information regarding cash cards, credit cards, bank accounts or social security numbers. Please do not provide this type of information to anyone claiming to be associated with or representing the Orange County Superior Court.  If you have concerns or contact has been made, please call the Jury Services Office at (657) 622-7000 or law enforcement if you so choose.  

Free Wi-Fi for Jurors

As a convenience, jurors are provided FREE access to Wi-Fi during jury service. Instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi are posted in the jury assembly room and any additional questions can be answered by Jury staff.

Orange County citizens are provided with FREE wireless internet access during jury service. Jurors only need a laptop or other device equipped with Wi-Fi to access the Internet from anywhere in the Orange County courthouses. They will receive instructions from Jury staff on how to connect to the wireless network and launch their browser.

Users of the service can send and receive emails, conduct web research, and retrieve documents from online repositories.
