Mission
The Financial Resources and Development (FReD) is a budgeting cost center for revenue and expenses that are not yet distributed to specific cost centers (e.g. Salary savings, workers’
compensation, accrued vacation and compensatory time payouts, medical premiums for employees with approved temporary absence, travel agency service fees, administrative service
contract, and reimbursable indirect costs).
