General Counsel
Promote justice and enhance court's image and through relationships with
community partners.
Alleviate legal risks by providing practical and ethical advice.
Support bench operations with high quality legal research analyses and
recommendations.

Successfully rollout a Court-wide Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging
Initiative.
Develop Agile and Future-Ready Leadership by supporting an adaptable,
innovative, and capable leadership pipeline that can lead the organization through
changing business needs and models.
Enhance employee culture through engagement, wellness, and satisfaction.
Judicial Administration
Continue to resolve disputes impartially and unbiasedly, adhere to all state laws,
and to preserve and uphold the constitutions of the United States and the State of
California.
Operations
Stabilize Our Workforce - Recruit, train, retain and engage a strong workforce.
Strengthen Remote Hybrid Work Models - Look beyond traditional office space
for every opportunity to expand and enhance our remote/hybrid workforce.
Expand Service Delivery Through Technology - Confirm essential services can
withstand a major disruption, and target transformation efforts to automate
business processes and drive better court-user experiences through more remote
and online services.
