Basic Information:

If you fear immediate and present danger of domestic violence, child abuse, child abduction, stalking, elder abuse or dependent adult abuse and need protection – at any time of the day or night, including weekends and holidays – call the police department or call 911. Ask the law enforcement agency that responds to your call for an Emergency Protective Restraining Order.
