Court to Launch Significant Hardware Upgrade in May.

The Orange County Superior Court, Technology Department, will be performing a significant hardware upgrade Friday, May 17, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. and continuing through Sunday, May 19, 2024.  During this time, network and online services will be down and unavailable.  Network and online services will be available again beginning on Sunday, May 19, 2024, after 8:00 p.m.

How do I Schedule an Ex Parte Hearing with Filing of Complaint?

Giving Notice

The moving party gives notice to the opposing party to appear at the Central Justice Center, 700 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana at 1:30 p.m. and to check the monitors in the main lobby to determine the assigned courtroom.

Filing

The complaint and ex parte application must be eFiled and fees paid no later than 1:15 pm (same day).

Appearance

All parties should report to the Central Justice Center, 700 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana and check the monitors in main lobby to determine where the ex parte is to be heard.

Limited Civil
