Probate & Mental Health COVID-19 Response

While the Court is open to the public, Probate/Mental Health & Elder Dependent Abuse hearings, conferences and non-evidentiary proceedings will be set for remote appearance with the option to appear in-person as outlined in the appearance process posted below.
