INFORMATION FOR CONTRACTORS AND VENDORS

Thank you for visiting the Superior Court of California, County of Orange Contracts and Procurement Website. Listed below are Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) for vendor products and services solicited by the Orange County Superior Court. Qualified vendors are invited to review and respond to these requests.

OPEN REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATION, REQUESTS FOR PROPOSAL, AND INVITATIONS FOR BID

Orange County Superior Court has partnered with BidSync Inc., to provide bid and proposal solicitation publishing, notification and electronic processing services. To receive automatic notifications of Court solicitations or to respond to an electronic bid, please register with BidSync as a supplier.



DISABLED VETERANS BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (DVBE)

You can go to any of the courts below to for procedural assistance between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, and at the Civil Complex Center between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The amount of your lawsuit as well as the "venue" determines the proper court. Please see the chart below to determine which court you need to put on your document for the proper venue before you file your documents.


DVBE Advocate

The Court has appointed a DVBE Advocate to assist DVBEs with questions or concerns. The DVBE Advocate helps identify potential DVBE contracting opportunities, and helps make information regarding pending solicitations available to certified DVBEs.

DVBE Certification Process

The California Office of Small Business and DVBE Services (OSDS) is responsible for the DVBE certification process and will assist you with any questions or concerns about the process.
The DVBE certification and eligibility requirements are available on the OSDS website http://www.dgs.ca.gov/pd/Programs/OSDS/GetCertified.aspx.

DVBE Certification Benefits

The Court may provide an incentive to bidders and proposers that are certified DVBEs, or who commit to subcontract with certified DVBEs. By becoming a certified DVBE, you will become eligible to receive this incentive if offered, and to partner with prime contractors who wish to receive this incentive.
