Probate / Mental Health

The Probate/Mental Health Unit handles a variety of cases, including cases related to probate, mental health, family law and civil. The entire unit, including the Probate Clerk's Office and four Probate/Mental Health courtrooms, is located at the Lamoreaux Justice Center in the city of Orange. All filings and hearings related to the cases processed in this unit are handled at this one location.
