Facility Guide

General Parking: Free parking is available across the street from the courthouse on 13th Street adjacent to the public library and at the corner of 13th Street and All American Way.

Elevators: The public elevator is located at the north end of the building, between the Civil/Small Claims and Collections departments.

Public Restrooms Public restrooms are conveniently located throughout the building: on the first floor adjacent to the main lobby, and at the north end of the building on both floors.

Public Telephones are located in the Jury Assembly room and on the second floor outside W13.

Facilities for Persons with Disabilities

Parking: ADA accessible parking is available for individuals with permits in the main parking lot on 13th Street and at the corner of 13th Street and All American Way. Additional marked spaces are located in the north and west parking lots adjacent to 15th and Jackson.

Juror Parking for Persons with Disabilities: Please telephone the Office of the Jury Commissioner at (657) 622-7000 for information.

Restrooms: All restrooms are accessible and conveniently located throughout the building. The main restroom facilities are adjacent to the main lobby. Additional restrooms are located at the north end of the building on both floors.

Service Guide

Food: The Courthouse Cafeteria is open to the Public and is located on the third floor, East Wing.

Public Telephones are available on every floor of the courthouse.

Services for Persons with Disabilities

Information regarding ADA accommodations is available from court staff at the filing counters. Contact court staff for personal assistance.

Personal guides may be assigned to assist on request.

Service animals are welcome.

Telephones: An ADA accessible phone is located in the Jury Assembly room.

TDD pay telephones is available in Court Administration.

Language and American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters will be ordered upon request (see request form link below).

Assistive listening devices or computer-aided transcription systems for people with loss of hearing are available. If you know in advance that you will be requiring a device, computer-aided transcription, or an ASL Interpreter when you visit the Courthouse, please fill out the Request for Accommodation provided in the link below and call 657-622-5946.

Mobility: Sheriffs will assist in directing and instructing witnesses, litigants and others to accessible court areas and in finding service alternatives. If you are participating in a trial or are a witness, please telephone Court Administration at: (657) 622-5946. The court staff will arrange for any special requirements you may request.

The judicial officers and administrative staff want to make court services and facilities accessible to all. Your requests and recommendations are welcome. Please complete a service request and suggestion form available at the Information Desk or Court Administration. The form may be given to staff at the Information Desk or may be mailed to:

Accommodation Services Request

One of the Court's goals is to contribute to the quality of life in the community by fairly and impartially administering justice in the most effective, efficient and professional manner possible.

The California Judicial Council has established a Rule of Court directing the method for requesting specific accommodation services to assist those participating in court proceedings. Forms to request accommodation are available in the Courthouse Lobby and at all public counters throughout the Courthouse. Additionally, the form can be accessed from the Superior Court of California, County of Orange ADA Information Website. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990

The Superior Court of California, County of Orange, does not discriminate on the basis of disability on admission to, access to, or the operation of its programs, services, benefits or activities. Questions, complaints, or requests for additional information regarding Court related ADA issues may be addressed to the Court ADA Site Coordinator.
