Appointments are required for in person assistance in the Family Law Clerk’s Office. Click this link: to schedule your appointment. If you are coming to Court for emergency paperwork such as a restraining order, no appointment is needed. DO NOT place your restraining order or emergency paperwork in the drop box, and you CANNOT submit them electronically. Paperwork MUST be brought in person to the Family Law Clerk’s office during the designated time frames below.

Emergency Walk-In Filing Time Frames

  • General Family Law ex parte (same day emergency hearing): 8 am - 10 am
  • Domestic Violence ex parte (same day emergency hearing): 8 am – 3 pm
