Seeking Attorney Applicants to Represent Indigent Litigants
The Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange, is forming four panels of qualified attorneys to represent indigent litigants in the following areas:
- Indigent paternity defendants/respondent
- Indigent contempt citees
- Minor child(ren) of indigent parents
- Indigent parents or minor child in termination of parental rights actions.
Interested attorneys may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications by clicking on this link http://www.occourts.org/family/rfq2007.pdf, or may have a copy mailed to them by contacting Valerie Sirag at 714-935-7827. A separate proposal is required for each panel of interest.
Proposals must be received at the Family Law Clerkâs Office no later than 4:30 p.m. on August 31, 2007.
