Upper Front of the Summons

The upper front portion of your summons provides you with important information including your location, time and type of jury service.

Juror Badge

Your Juror Badge should not be detached until you report in person to your courthouse. Your Juror ID Number and Group Number is located on the front of the badge.

Instructions

The instructions on your summons provide you with vital information. Please read it thoroughly. It will tell you if you are to REPORT or CALL IN. It also tells you what justice center you have been assigned to and what you must do to complete your service

A map is provided to help you find your location and to the right of the map is the address of your court location.
