What To Do When You Receive Your Summons

Your summons contains all the information you need, please READ it thoroughly. After reading the entire summons, detach the lower portion and complete the questionnaire. Bring the upper portion with you when you report in to the courthouse. For more information on a portion of the summons, select from the choices below.
