Facility Guide

General Parking: North Court has free parking.

Elevators: Public Elevators are available in the south wing and in the central wing of the building.

Public Restrooms--South Wing: Restrooms are located on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors.

Central Wing: Restrooms are located to the right of the main entrance on the 3rd floor. On the 4th floor, they are located to the north of the elevator.

North Wing: Restrooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floor.


Parking for Persons with Disabilities

Handicapped Parking: Parking spaces are available for individuals with permits in both the upper and lower lots.

Rest Rooms: Restrooms with wheelchair access and support bars are located on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors of the South wing.


Services Guide

Public Telephones are located in the South wing on the 1st floor, and in the Central wing on the 3rd floor.

Food: There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance. There is no food or drink allowed in the building. There are vending machines available for juror use.


Facilities for Persons with Disabilities

Information regarding A.D.A. accommodations is available from any clerk's office.

Service animals are welcome.

Assistive Listening devices or computer-aided transcription systems for people with loss of hearing are available. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters are also available. If you know in advance that you will require a listening device, computer-aided transcription, or an ASL interpreter when you visit our courthouse, fill out and return the Request for Accommodation as discussed below.

Mobility: Sheriffs will assist in directing and instructing witnesses, litigants and others to accessible court areas and in finding service alternatives. If you are participating in a trial or are a witness, please telephone our accommodation office at (714)773-4400. Court staff will arrange for ramps or any assistance you may require.

The judicial officers and administrative staff want to make court services and facilities accessible to all. Your requests and recommendations are welcome. Please complete a service request and suggestion form available in Administration, located on the 3rd Floor, Room 315. The form can be mailed to:

Requesting Accommodation Services

The California Judicial Council has established a Rule of Court directing the method for requesting specific accommodation services to assist those participating in court proceedings. Forms to request accommodation are available at all public counters throughout the Courthouse or at the Information Desk in the main lobby. Forms can also be accessed at the Orange County Superior Court Website. Click here to download the form titled, "Request for Accommodations" directly from the Judicial Council Website.
