Facility Guide
General Parking: Free parking is available. Enter from Moulton Parkway and drive to the back of the building. Park in spaces that are designated for court parking.
Elevators: A public elevator is available on the first floor at the entrance to the atrium on the first level.
Public Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the second floor, next to the entrance to the Traffic Division.
Public Telephones are located on the first floor, on your right, as you enter the atrium area from the rear parking lot and on the second floor in the Traffic Department Lobby.
Sheriff: The Sheriff's office is located on the first floor directly across the atrium from the parking lot entrance.
Facilities for Persons with Disabilities
Handicapped Parking: Designated parking spaces are available for individuals with permits. Additional handicapped parking is available in the upper parking lot with ramp access to the court and a wheelchair accessible doorbell is located at the entrance to the lobby of the Traffic Division.
Juror Parking for persons with disabilities: Please telephone Administration at (949) 249-5091 for information.
Restrooms: The facility has restrooms located on the second floor next to the entrance to the Traffic Division. The restrooms are wheelchair accessible with support bars.
Drinking Fountain: A wheelchair accessible drinking fountain is available to the right of the atrium entrance on the first floor.
General Service Guide
Food: Restaurants and fast food businesses are located nearby. Snack bar is available on the first floor of the building.
Transportation: Public bus transportation is available with a stop in front of the court facility.
In Court Services
One of the Court's goals is to contribute to the quality of life in the community by fairly and impartially administering justice in the most effective, efficient and professional manner possible. The Court and Sheriff's Staff are available to assist you to make your visit as pleasant and efficient as possible. You are encouraged to ask for assistance or accommodation if you are having difficulty using our facilities. Services for Persons with Disabilities
Information regarding accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act is available from court staff at the filing counters in the Traffic and Civil Divisions. Contact court staff for personal assistance.

Service animals are welcome.
Public telephones with wheelchair access are provided on the first floor to the right of the atrium entrance. A TDD telephone is available in the Traffic Division Lobby.
Assistive listening devices or computer-aided transcription systems are available for people with loss of hearing. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters are also available on advance request. If you know in advance that you will require a device, computer-aided transcription, or an ASL Interpreter when you visit the Courthouse, please fill out the Request for Accommodation Form discussed below.
Mobility: Court personnel and Sheriffs will assist in directing and instructing witnesses, litigants and others to accessible court areas and in finding service alternatives. If you are participating in a trial or are a witness, please telephone our accommodation office at (949) 249-5091.
Service Request and Suggestion Form
The judicial officers and administrative staff want to make court services and facilities accessible to all. Your requests and recommendations are welcome. Please complete a service request and suggestion form available at all public counters throughout the Courthouse and give it to court staff at any filing counter or use the Judicial Council Request for Accommodation Form available online.
Request for Accommodation
The California Judicial Council has established a Rule of Court directing the method for requesting specific accommodation services to assist those participating in court proceedings. Forms to request accommodation are available at all public counters throughout the Courthouse or by calling (949) 249-5091. Forms can be accessed at the Orange County Superior Court Website or the form can be downloaded directly from the Judicial Council website titled, "Request for Accommodations".
