Facility Guide

General Parking: Santa Ana has metered parking in the Civic Center Area. Paid parking lots are conveniently located.

Public Restrooms--South East Corner: Public Restrooms are conveniently located adjacent to the Clerk's Office entrance with wheelchair access.

Public Restrooms--West side: Public Restrooms are located between CX101 and 102 and are wheelchair accessible.

Jury Assembly Room: Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located in back of the Assembly room North West corner. There are two entrances South side of the facility and a third entrance through the vending machine room East side of CXC.

Facilities for Persons with Disabilities

Handicapped Parking: Paid parking with handicap access is available in lots adjacent to the building.

Juror Parking for Persons with Disabilities: Please telephone the Office of the Jury Commissioner at (714)834-4692 for information.

Services Guide

Public Telephones are located in the vending machine room East side of CXC, and outside of CX101 and CX105.

Services for Persons with Disabilities

Information regarding accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act is available at the Clerk's Office, Room 218. Please contact one of the Court Processing Clerks for personal assistance.

Personal Guides may be assigned to assist on request.

Service animals are welcome.

Public telephones with wheelchair access are located outside CX101 and CX105.

Language and American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters will be ordered upon request (see request form link below).

Assistive listening devices or computer-aided transcription systems for people with loss of hearing are available. If you know in advance that you will be requiring a device, computer-aided transcription, or an ASL Interpreter when you visit the Courthouse, please call (714) 834-5323 and/ or fill out the Request for Accommodation form, available at the Clerks's office, or in the courtrooms. The form is also on our Website: www.occourts.org.

Mobility: Sheriffs will assist in directing and instructing witnesses, litigants and others to accessible court areas and in finding service alternatives. If you are participating in a trial or are a witness, please telephone our accommodation office at (714) 568-4700. Court staff will arrange for any special requirements you may request.

Service Request and Suggestion Form

The judicial officers and administrative staff want to make court services and facilities accessible to all. Your requests and recommendations are welcome. Please complete a service request and suggestion form available at all public counters throughout the Courthouse and give it to court staff at any filing counter or use the Judicial Council Request for Accommodation form available online. In Court Services

One of the Court's goals is to contribute to the quality of life in the community by fairly and impartially administering justice in the most effective, efficient and professional manner possible.

The California Judicial Council has established a Rule of Court directing the method for requesting specific accommodation services to assist those participating in court proceedings. Forms to request accommodation are available in the Courthouse Lobby at the Sheriff's Security Desk and at all public counters throughout the Courthouse. Forms are also included in the Orange County Superior Court Website listed below. Please give completed request forms to staff at filing counters or mail to:
