FINANCE & ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Some of the classifications include:


Administrative Analyst/Officer Series

Performs analytical/administrative work and provides support in functional areas of finance; develops and implements plans to affect workflow and productivity; at assigned levels will supervise staff and ensure work is completed.


Accountant / Auditor

Performs a variety of accounting and auditing tasks, and writes statistical and narrative reports.


Accounting Assistant

Maintenances and reviews of fiscal, financial and statistical records.


Accounting Supervisor

Supervises staff performing a variety of difficult and responsible clerical and/or technical accounting duties; exercise judgment and ensures the quality and accuracy of work performed is in line with Court standards.

Accounting Specialist

Performs a variety of specialized and responsible duties related to the maintenance and review of fiscal, financial and statistical records.


Building Maintenance Engineer

Assigns, installs, maintains and repairs the various types of building equipment systems; coordinates and supervises the work of HVAC mechanics, facilities technicians, and vendors and/or contractors.

Contracts and Procurement Analyst

Researches, drafts, negotiates and finalizes contracts to secure goods and services for various court departments and Judicial Officers; interacts with a variety of court staff, project managers, and executives, along with vendors and outside stakeholders.


Court Collection Officer Series

Investigations, prepares payment plans, and collects fines and fees levied by the Court; interacts with debtors in person or over the phone, and initiates enforcement actions; at assigned levels will supervise staff and ensure work is completed.


Custodian Series

Cleans and maintains assigned areas in and around buildings, at assigned levels will supervise staff and ensure work is completed.


Facilities Services Coordinator

Oversees facilities maintenance, facilities operations and space planning of one or more court buildings; supervises functions such as storeroom, mail and/or supplies in addition to facilities responsibilities.

Facilities Technician

Performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the maintenance of buildings and associated equipment; performs light electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, mechanical, and carpentry related repairs and maintenance.

Facilities Services Officer Series

Oversees facilities maintenance, facilities operations and space planning of one or more court buildings; supervises overall operations in storeroom, mail and/or supplies in addition to facilities responsibilities.

Financial Management Series

Directs and manages substantive and/or complex administrative, financial or other business management activities typically requiring specialized education and/or training; manages a major administrative or business related program supporting court-wide operations.

HVAC Mechanic

Installs, maintains and repairs various types of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and systems; performs maintenance, repairs and calibration on heating and air conditioning control devices.

Procurement Specialist

Solicits bids, negotiates prices and purchases a variety of materials, supplies, equipment and services for use by the Court.

Safety & Preparedness Officer

Plans, directs, and coordinates a workplace safety and emergency preparedness program; confirms compliance with various outside agencies, while preventing injuries and reducing liability to employees and the general public; develops, updates and provides safety training to all members of the Court.

Store Clerk

Receives, stores, and issues a variety of office supplies, forms, and equipment; and maintains records of items received and issued.

Utility Worker/Driver

Performs a combination of manual and clerical duties; drives a light automotive vehicle to transport passengers and to pick up and deliver office supplies and other materials; loads and unloads items from trucks; moves furniture and equipment.
