Court Technology Architect

Designs, analyzes, develops, maintains, and administers IT systems to meet Court business needs in one or more specialized areas which could include network, systems, applications, database or security.


Court Technology Director

Plans, organizes, integrates and manages the work of a Court Technology Services division.

Court Technology Manager

Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of a technology team.


Court Technology Team Lead

Supervises staff and contributes to the daily activities and operations of a small to medium sized unit.

Database Administrator

Develops, installs, integrates, administers, maintains and supports of enterprise databases and database environments.


Help Desk/User Support Supervisor

Supervises and oversees the daily activities and operations of the user support unit. Supervises staff performing a wide range of hardware, software, network connectivity and applications training and support.

Network Administrator

Performs duties in administering servers, network devices and network applications. Analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves network hardware and software problems.

Network Telecommunications Engineer

Performs a variety of analytical, reporting and audit duties in the administration and maintenance of the Court's network/telecommunications systems and equipment.

Systems Administrator

Serves as administrator for assigned platforms and operating systems. Manages, integrates, monitors and tunes systems for optimal performance.

Telecommunication Technician

Installs, troubleshoots, modifies, maintains and repair of complex data communication, telecommunications and video systems and equipment to ensure effective, reliable and customer-focused service.

User Support Technician

Performs the full range of problem analysis and resolution of help desk problem calls and work station support duties. Assists and trains end-users, installs, configures, tests and maintains user computer hardware and software.
