Step 3 - Case has been filed with the court and Steps 1 and 2 have been completed.

Complete the forms that you received and file them with the court. If you have a written agreement you will not need a court hearing to complete your divorce or legal separation, you can submit your final papers to the clerks office.
 
If case has not already been filed with the court. If case has not already been filed with the court,
Go to Step 1.
If case has been filed and the required time has not passed, Go to Step 2.
