Step 3 - Case has been filed with the court and Steps 1 and 2 have been completed.

At Step 2, I chose: My spouse has not filed any papers and I served my papers more than 30 days ago.			At Step 2, I chose: We have both filed papers in the case.

Complete the forms that you received and file them with the court. If you have a written agreement you will not need a court hearing to complete your divorce or legal separation, you can submit your final papers to the clerks office.

If case has not already been filed with the court,
Go to Step 1.

If case has been filed and the required time has not past, Go to Step 2.
